Ours was at a large research hospital in an urban area. Toddlers, by their very nature, are germ cesspools.

My nieces also dressed my dog in a Hannah Montana nightgown, so that was a good laugh too.BentNotBrokenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10151724076659555122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6102758362320348657.post-27750999500797532642016-07-22T06:31:51.747-04:002016-07-22T06:31:51.747-04:00This reads like one of those old Looney Tunes cart...This reads like one of those old Looney Tunes cartoons getting more and more outlandish as the story goes on. That's a great story, mad...Glad your dad is OK. That's a great story, made me chuckle, although not so funny for you at the time. My first fertility clinic was in a maternity hospital: not ideal. We had to pass heavily pregnant women smoking at the doors... I used to be ingratiatingly tolerant about breastfeeding but now, yeah, I walk out; do not wanna see that. I don't think I'd have coped with the prayer, you did well there. Any pics of the cardiologist? :)https://differentshoresblog.wordpress.com/https://www.blogger.com/profile/16936131757889957955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6102758362320348657.post-65075590929289880792016-07-21T15:11:29.480-04:002016-07-21T15:11:29.480-04:00This part never ceases to leave me more questions ...This part never ceases to leave me more questions than answers, but why do people insist on bringing small children to hospitals? If a sibling is admitted or the stay is long, I understand, but hasn't it dawned on anyone that keeping them clear would prevent infection? I've seen this way too often, especially with toddlers running wild through the floors. It just doesn't make sense.

Anyway, you deserve a medal upon a medal upon a medal. Surgery is hard. Dealing with difficult people is hard. Handling insensitive siblings is hard.

And your dog wins for breaking the tension.Cristyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04317873211902543387noreply@blogger.com
